4 original egglife® wraps
8 oz of brie cheese
⅔ cup dried cranberries
⅔ cup pistachios
Use a mixer to whip brie at medium-high speed for 5-8 minutes.
Spread the whipped brie on an egglife wrap.
Sprinkle cranberries and chopped pistachios on the spread cheese then roll up the wrap.
Cut into bite-size pinwheels, garnish with chopped pistachios and enjoy!
