MINORS
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. The Site is directed to individuals who are permitted to share their Personal Information without parental consent. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us as directed below in the “Contact Us” section. You may mark your inquiry “COPPA Information Request.”

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

“Personal Information” generally means any information that identifies you as an individual, and any other information we associate with it.  We collect a few categories of information, from a few different sources:

1. Personal Information you voluntarily provide to us, which may include:

• Contact Information: We collect your e-mail address if you sign up for our newsletter or otherwise contact us.

• Order Information: When you make a purchase, we collect your name, shipping address, email address, phone number, and Payment Information. We use this information to provide products or services to you, to contact you about your transaction, arrange for shipping, communicate with you about your transaction, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising related to our products and services. We share this information with our processor Shopify. 
• Payment Information: When you make a purchase, we collect your billing address and Payment Information to the transaction.

• We do not retain Payment Information. Rather, we use third-party payment processors to process payments made to us. By submitting your Payment Information, you consent to our providing your Payment Information to such third-party payment processors. Your Payment Information is governed by their privacy policies.

• Business Information: We collect your name, business address, phone number, business information if you provide it on the Site to be a Buyer or Wholesaler. 
• Candidate Information: We collect your name, email address, phone number and professional information if you apply to join our Egglife Foods team. You may also voluntarily provide information related to your gender, race, and veteran status on the applicable form.
• User Contributions: You may have the ability to interact with parts of our Site, such as the ability to post public comments or send us messages. Your feedback may be published or displayed on public areas of the Site or transmitted to other users of the Site or third parties (collectively, "User Contributions"). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the Site with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed or accessed by unauthorized persons. Use precaution when posting any personal information online. 2. Personal Information automatically collected, which may include:

• Device Information: When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.

• While Egglife Foods does not require you to use cookies, keep in mind that certain services will not function properly if you set your browser to refuse all cookies. To help serve you better, Egglife Foods generally uses cookies to identify return visitors and display advertisements. 
  

3. Information Received from Third-Parties

• When you connect with us through a third-party platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) we may, depending on your privacy settings, receive some information from your third-party account, and what we collect depends on your privacy settings with that third-party platform.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

• We use the Payment and Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

• When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

• We work with third-party vendors to advertise Site products to you on sites across the Internet. • You can opt out of receiving promotional emails and mailing by informing us of your preferences when you sign up for an account or modifying your promotional preferences online in your profile account management section. In addition, you may let us know as directed below in the “Contacting Us” section. Please specify which types of communications you no longer wish to receive, and the relevant telephone number, address, and/or e-mail address.  If you do opt-out of receiving marketing-related messages from us, we may still send you important administrative messages, such as emails about your accounts or purchases.

We aim to complete requests as soon as reasonably practicable and consistent with any applicable laws. Please note that it may take additional time to verify and fulfill agent-submitted requests.

DATA RETENTION

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Our Site may include links to third-party websites and services that are not operated by us. When you click these links, you will be directed away from our Site. A link to a third-party website or service does not mean that we endorse it or the quality or accuracy of information presented on it.
