With 13+ years of food industry experience, from academia to food ingredients to sports nutrition to CPG, she is exceptionally adept at harnessing the functional and nutritional power of eggs to drive food innovation. Jihan’s knack for product & flavor development, combined with her die-hard love for eggs, is instrumental in optimizing and expanding our product line-up of egglife wraps, ensuring each product is as simple, delicious and nutritious as it can be.
