Veggie Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

1 pack egglife original POWER PASTA

⅓ cup water

1 tbsp butter

1 tsp olive oil

1 cup broccoli florets

½ cup spinach

¼ cup heavy cream

¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

¼ cup Mozzarella, shredded

Steps

STEP 1

In a skillet over medium-heat, add oil and broccoli and saute for 5-10 minutes until softened.

STEP 2

Add spinach and heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add parmesan and mozzarella cheese and stir until melted.

STEP 3

In a separate skillet over medium-heat, add water, butter and POWER PASTA. Cover and heat for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

STEP 4

Add sauce to POWER PASTA and stir until mixed. Serve & enjoy!
