turkey with pesto cauliflower mash

[.feature]¼[.feature] cup prepared pesto

[.feature]4[.feature] oz sliced turkey

[.feature]¼[.feature] cup sliced sundried tomatoes

optional:  fresh basil and fresh tomato

Steps

STEP 1

Gently warm egglife italian egglife wraps.  Then warm cauliflower mash and stir in pesto.

STEP 2

To make wrap, place ¼ cup mashed potatoes in top quadrant of the wrap.

STEP 3

Top with turkey and sundried tomatoes. Fold the wrap in half and then roll.

STEP 4

Top with fresh basil and fresh tomato if desired.
