Tex-Mex Lasagna

Ingredients

1 pack original egglifewraps

1 lb lean ground beef

1 packet gluten-free tacoseasoning

⅓ cup water

1 can diced tomatoes

1 jalapeño pepper

1 ½  cups Mexican cheese blend,shredded

Avocado oil spray

optional toppings:shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, cilantro

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a skillet over medium heat, cookthe ground beef until browned, then stir in the taco seasoning and water untilevenly coated.

2.Coat a baking dish with avocado oil spray. Layer 1 egglife wrap in the bottom, half of the meat, ½ can of tomatoes and ½ cup of cheese. Repeatwith the remaining ingredients, finishing with egglife wrap, cheese and slicedjalapeño on top.

3.Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10 min. Remove the foil andbake for 5 min more, until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let cool, add anytoppings you like, and enjoy!
