spicy rigatoni pasta

Ingredients

1 pack egglife original POWER PASTA

1/3 cup water

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp olive oil

3 shallots, finely chopped

1-2 tbsp minced garlic

2 tbsp tomato paste

4 tbsp cream cheese

1/3 cup blended cottage cheese

1 cup heavy cream

2 tbsp red chili flakes

¼ cup parmesan cheese

burrata

parsley

Steps

STEP 1

In a skillet over medium-heat, add water, butter and POWER PASTA. Cover and heat for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside.

STEP 2

In a skillet over medium-heat, add oil, shallots and garlic and cook for 3 minutes until fragrant.

STEP 3

Add tomato pasta, cream cheese and cottage cheese and mix well. Pour in heavy cream and stir until combined. Simmer until it bubbles.

STEP 4

Add red chili flakes and parmesan and mix well. Add POWER PASTA to the sauce mixture and stir until noodles are coated with the sauce. Serve and top with burrata, parsley & extra red chili flakes & enjoy!
