Taco Ingredients:
1 pack original egglife wraps
1 lb 80/20 ground beef
¾ cup white onion, diced
¾ cup tomato, diced
¾ cup shredded lettuce
salt and pepper to taste
Sauce:
½ cup avocado mayo
3 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp white onion, finely diced
2 tbsp pickles, finely diced
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Divide ground beef into 6 small patties.
Smash a beef patty onto an egglife wrap, repeating until all 6 wraps have a patty evenly smashed onto them. Season the beef lightly with salt and pepper.
Heat pan on medium heat. Place wraps meat side down and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and allow wrap-side to warm for 30 seconds. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before dressing
To make sauce, combine all sauce ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
Layer each taco with onions, tomatoes, lettuce and drizzle with sauce.
