Pistachio Butter & Strawberry Protein Wrap

Ingredients

2 egglife sweet cinnamon wraps

2-3 tbsp pistachio butter

½ cup sliced strawberries

1 tbsp butter (or avocado oil spray)

Steps

1. Spread pistachio butter on one half of each wrap.

2. Layer on half of the sliced strawberries per wrap, then fold each wrap in half like a quesadilla.

3. In a large pan over medium heat, add butter and let melt (or avocado oil spray) then add both egglife halves and cook about 1–2 minutes per side, until lightly golden and warm

4. Remove from heat, cut into halves or thirds. Option to drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chopped pistachios and a pinch of flaky salt.

5. Enjoy
