shredded chicken taquitos

Ingredients

8 garden salsa egglife® wraps

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

½ cup of salsa

½ cup shredded cheese

Steps

STEP 1

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, salsa, and shredded cheese. Mix well.

STEP 2

Place about 2 tbsp of chicken mixture in the center of each garden salsa wrap, and roll up tightly around the filling to form a taquito.

STEP 3

Place taquitos in an air fryer (depending on size, you might have to cook in two batches) and lightly spray the wraps with avocado oil.

STEP 4

Air fry for 5 minutes at 380°F, or until wraps are crispy and the filling is hot.

STEP 5

Garnish with cilantro, chopped onion and cotija cheese, if desired.
