pizza pockets

Ingredients

1 pack italian egglife® wraps

2 cups marinara

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 egg

2 tablespoons Italian seasoning

Steps

STEP 1

Cut off edges of egglife wraps to make a rectangle. (The excess can be used to make egglife chips!)

STEP 2

Fill one side of the rectangle with 1-2 tablespoons of marinara and mozzarella cheese.

STEP 3

Fold the rectangle in half and brush with egg wash.

STEP 4

Seal the sides by pressing them firmly with a fork.

STEP 5

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning on top of the egg wash.

STEP 6

Bake at 375° for 12-15 minutes and serve with a side of marinara for dipping.
