pasta with homemade bolognese

Ingredients

[.feature]2[.feature] packs original egglife® wraps

[.feature]1[.feature] lb ground beef

[.feature]24[.feature] oz jar marinara sauce

[.feature]1[.feature] onion, minced1 large carrot, minced

[.feature]1[.feature] stalk of celery, minced

[.feature]2[.feature] garlic cloves, minced

[.feature]2[.feature] tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

[.feature]1[.feature] tsp Italian seasoning

[.feature]2-3[.feature] tbsp olive oil

salt & pepper to taste

parmesan cheese to taste

Steps

STEP 1

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions, carrots, celery and sauté until onion is softened.

STEP 2

Add ground beef and break apart in pan, browning fully.

STEP 3

Add marinara sauce, parsley, Italian seasoning and salt/pepper. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. While sauce is simmering, bring a small pot of water to a boil.

STEP 4

Cut egglife original egg white wraps into noodles.

STEP 5

Add noodle strips to water, boil for 1-2 minutes, then strain.

STEP 6

Add noodles to a bowl, top with Bolognese sauce. Finish with parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
