Ingredients

1 southwest egglife® wrap

olive oil

3 tbsp refried beans

1 fried egg

pico de gallo

cotija

cilantro, chopped

2 avocado slices

Steps

STEP 1

On a skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and toast egglife wrap for 2 minutes on each side.

STEP 2

Add refried beans, fried egg, pico de gallo, sprinkle of cotija cheese, cilantro and avocado. Fold & enjoy!
