1 pack original egglife® wraps

1 tbsp olive oil

1 onion, diced

1 lb ground turkey, browned

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tomatoes, diced

15 oz can tomato sauce

6 oz can tomato paste

1½ cups low sodium chicken broth

Italian seasoning, to taste

optional: Ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese and fresh basil

Steps

STEP 1

Cut original egglife wraps into 1-inch thick strips.

STEP 2

Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a pot on medium-high heat, saute diced onion until transparent.

STEP 3

Add minced garlic and ground turkey. Cook turkey until browned.

STEP 4

To the same pot, add tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, chicken broth and Italian seasoning. Simmer mixture for 5-10 minutes.

STEP 5

Add egglife noodles and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

STEP 6

Serve with a dollup of ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese and basil. Enjoy!
