everything bagel veggie breakfast wrap

Ingredients

1 everything bagel egglife® wrap
1 tbsp light cream cheese
1 tomato, sliced
1 Persian cucumber, sliced
1 red onion, thinly sliced
sprouts (or lettuce/spinach)
3-4 canned artichoke hearts, halved
1 tsp capers
optional: 1 lemon wedge

Steps

STEP 1

Spread cream cheese on the egglife wrap.

STEP 2

Layer sliced tomato, cucumber and red onion.

STEP 3

Top with artichoke hearts, capers, sprouts and a squeeze of lemon. 

STEP 4

Fold to roll wrap and enjoy!
