2 sweet cinnamon egglife® wraps
4 tbsp whipped cream cheese
½ tsp vanilla extract
cinnamon and nutmeg, to taste
3 tbsp honey
1 star anise
handful of whole cloves
On a lined cookie sheet, broil 2 sweet cinnamon wraps for 45 seconds, or until slightly crisp. Remove and let cool slightly.
In a small mixing bowl, combine whipped cream cheese with vanilla extract and a pinch of both cinnamon & nutmeg. Spread generously on the egglife wrap.
Slice ripe pears into thin, ¼ inch slices. Fan them on top of the eggnog cream cheese.
Heat honey on the stove with star anise and cloves until reduced. Brush on top of the pear slices.
Broil the tartine under high heat for 6 more seconds. Remove from broiler, cool & enjoy!
