1 pack sweet cinnamon egglife® wraps
¾ cup pumpkin cream cheese
¾ cup chopped pecans
3 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp Stevia or other sugar substitute
2½ tsp cinnamon
Spread pumpkin cream cheese on a sweet cinnamon wrap and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
Roll up wrap and brush with egg wash, coating the entire wrap.
Combine sugar substitute and cinnamon and sprinkle mixture on top of the wrap.
Repeat steps 1 through 3 with remaining wraps.
Place wraps on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake in oven at 350° for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown
Remove baking sheet from the oven, finish with the remaining pecans and enjoy!
