STEP 1
Warm olive oil in a skillet over medium-heat. Add sundried tomatoes and garlic and saute for 2 minutes.

Add cream cheese and water and stir over low heat until melted. If the sauce is too thick, gradually add more water, if desired.
STEP 3
In a separate skillet over medium-heat, add water, butter and POWER PASTA. Cover and heat for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
STEP 4
Add POWER PASTA to the sauce mixture and stir until coated.
STEP 5
Add Parmesan cheese and spinach and mix well. Finish with red pepper flakes and enjoy!
