[.feature]4[.feature] oz cream cheese, softened
[.feature]4[.feature] oz mascarpone cheese
[.feature]½[.feature] cup powdered sugar
[.feature]1 ½[.feature] tsp cinnamon
optional: raisins, walnuts to garnish
Combine cream cheese, mascarpone, powdered sugar and cinnamon together in a food processor fitted with the “S” blade and process until smooth.
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until mixture firms up a bit.
Spread ¼ of mixture onto each egglife wrap. Fill with raisins and walnuts if desired.
