Ingredients
- 1 pack of original egglife wraps
- 1 lb chicken thighs
- 1 jar Birria sauce
- 1 cup Oaxaca cheese, shredded

STEP 1
Add chicken thighs and Birria sauce to a pot. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 45 min, until the chicken is fully cooked, tender and easy to shred.
STEP 2
Remove chicken from pot and using two forks, shred the chicken. Transfer to a bowl and spoon in enough of the Birria sauce to keep it juicy.
STEP 3
Over medium heat, warm a skillet and spray with oil. Dip egglife wrap in remaining Birria sauce, then place the wrap on the skillet. Add cheese and shredded birria chicken on one side of the wrap, then fold and cook until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining wraps.
STEP 4
Serve with a side of Birria sauce for dipping and enjoy!
