Ingredients
1 pack egglife original POWER PASTA
2 egg yolks
1 whole egg
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup parmesan, grated
1 ½ cup pancetta, diced
¼ cup water

Whisk egg yolks and whole egg in a bowl. Stir in half the parmesan cheese. Add black pepper and set aside.
In a large skillet on medium-low heat, add the pancetta and cook until crisp, about 8 minutes. Drain oil from pan.
In a new skillet, add egglife power pasta and ¼ cup water and warm for 2 minutes. Transfer pasta to the pancetta skillet.
Slowly add egg mixture into the pan, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted and egg is thickened.
Add remaining cheese and garnish with parsley. Serve & enjoy!
