[.feature]1[.feature] cup cauliflower florets
[.feature]½[.feature] tbsp olive oil
[.feature]2[.feature] tbsp buffalo sauce
romaine lettuce, shredded
blue cheese dressing
optional: cilantro and lime wedge
Preheat over to 450 degrees. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil and place florets on a non-stick baking sheet. Roast for 25 minutes, stirring half way.
Toss florets in buffalo sauce. Fill southwest wraps with lettuce, top with buffalo cauliflower, drizzle with blue cheese dressing. Garnish with cilantro and a fresh lime, if desired. Enjoy!
