Breakfast Pasta

Ingredients

1 pack original egglife POWER PASTA

6 slices thick-cut bacon, chopped

4 eggs, divided

⅓ cup parmesan cheese, grated

1 tbsp butter

½ tsp kosher salt

½ tsp black pepper

Steps

1. In a small bowl, whisk 2 eggswith parmesan cheese and set aside.

2.Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving about 1 tbsp bacon fat in the skillet.

3.Fry the remaining 2 eggs in the bacon fat. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside.

4.Add butter and egglife pasta to the skillet and cook for 2 min, until warm. Reduce heat to low, stir in the egg and parmesan mixture for 1-2 min, then add bacon. Top with fried eggs, extrablack pepper, and enjoy!
