[.feature]2[.feature] tsp ground red pepper
[.feature]3[.feature] tsp salt
[.feature]2[.feature] tsp ground black pepper
[.feature]1[.feature] red bell pepper, diced
[.feature]1[.feature] yellow bell pepper, diced
[.feature]1[.feature] orange bell pepper, diced
[.feature]1[.feature] red onion, diced
[.feature]1[.feature] cup cottage cheese
[.feature]½[.feature] cup shredded mozzarella cheese
[.feature]½[.feature] cup shredded cheddar cheese
Drizzle olive oil into hot pan and add ground turkey. Once turkey is fully cooked, set aside in a mixing bowl.
Add tomato paste and spices to heated pan. Stir in diced peppers and onion. Once softened, pour mixture into mixing bowl with the ground turkey.
Combine cottage cheese, mozzarella, and cheddar in a separate bowl.
Prepare a 6×9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Layer casserole as follows:
1. 4 everything bagel egglife® wraps overlapping on the bottom of the dish.
2. Layer half the cheese mixture, followed by half the ground turkey mixture.
3. Repeat steps 1-2 on more time, ending with four everything bagel egglife® wraps as the top layer, sprinkle with additional cheese.
Bake casserole in oven at 350° for 25 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
