Avocado Chicken Salad

Ingredients

2 roasted garlic & herb egglife® wraps

chicken breasts, boneless, skinless & shredded

2 whole avocados

¼ small red onion, diced

½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp cumin

juice of 2 limes

salt & pepper to taste

Steps

STEP 1

Add chicken, avocados, red onion, cilantro, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, lime juice and salt and pepper to a bowl. Mix well.

STEP 2

Add chicken avocado mixture to egglife wrap. Fold & enjoy! Store remaining chicken avocado mixture in a sealed container to store in the fridge for your weekly meal prep!
