goat cheese apple quesadilla

[.feature]2[.feature] original egglife® wraps

[.feature]2oz[.feature] honey goat cheese

[.feature]¼[.feature] granny smith apple, wash and thinly sliced

ghee or butter

Steps

STEP 1

Heat up a dry skillet over medium heat. Spread 1 oz. of goat cheese on each wrap.

STEP 2

Lay down the sliced apples on top of one, then cover with the other wrap, goat cheese side down.

STEP 3

Spread enough ghee or butter evenly over the top wrap and place butter side down in the skillet.

STEP 4

Spread ghee or butter to the top of the other wrap while cooking.

STEP 5

Cook until lightly browned, about 1 minute.

STEP 6

Using a spatula, carefully flip the wrap over to cook the opposite side the same way.

STEP 7

Let cool for 5-7 minutes before cutting into four triangles.
