[.feature]1[.feature] lb 90% lean ground beef
[.feature]½[.feature] tsp salt
[.feature]½[.feature] tsp ground black pepper
[.feature]½[.feature] tsp garlic powder
[.feature]4[.feature] slices American cheese (cut into 8 pieces)
iceberg lettuce
tomato, sliced
red onion, sliced
pickles, sliced
Cut each wrap into 3, 3-inch circles using a biscuit cutter or a sharp knife. Set aside.
In a bowl, combine the beef, salt, black pepper & garlic powder.
Divide the meat into 8 portions and form into patties.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and add burger patties. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, flipping once.
Top each slider with a piece of cheese and allow cheese to melt.
Remove sliders from the grill and let rest for ~3 minutes.
Arrange 8 egglife wrap circles on a serving platter. Top each with onion, tomato, burger patty, cheese, pickles and lettuce. Top with the remaining egglife wrap circles
