Butternut Feta Crunchwraps

4 egglife® wraps

roasted butternut squash cubes

canned chickpeas, drained

dairy-free feta crumbles (or regular)

tahini drizzle

olive oil for frying pan


Directions

STEP 1

Toss butternut squash cubes in olive oil and roast at 425 F for 30 minutes.

STEP 2

Layer two wraps on top of each other and spread with tahini. Add a spoonful of roasted butternut, chickpeas and feta.

STEP 3

Repeat with remaining wraps. Lightly fry each side in a heated pan with olive oil, about 2 minutes on each side. Slice and enjoy with extra tahini!

    I just threw away a package of your everything bagel wraps. After trying other brands, I was so off put I didn’t have the stomach to try yours. I regret it though. After having them unopened in my frig for months, they still looked and smelled fresh. I liked the weight and body of the wrap also. Others I had tried were paper thin. I wish I tried them and regret letting them get so old. Maybe next time I see them in the store I’ll pick some up.

    I love these instead of tortillas, I usually eat them wrapped around a smoked sausage for a snack.
