apple pie roll-ups

Ingredients

[.feature]2[.feature] sweet cinnamon egglife® wraps

[.feature]3[.feature] tbsp butter or ghee, divided

[.feature]1[.feature] granny smith apple, peeled and thinly sliced

[.feature]2[.feature] tbsp granulated sugar or keto-friendly sweetener

[.feature]¼[.feature] tsp cinnamon

[.feature]⅛[.feature] tsp salt

optional: whipped cream or vanilla ice cream

Steps

STEP 1

Melt 2 tbsp butter in nonstick skillet over medium heat; cook apple slices, sugar, cinnamon and salt for 8 to 10 minutes or until apples are softened and cooked through.

STEP 2

Divide apple mixture evenly down along center of each sweet cinnamon egglife, leaving 1 inch border at top and bottom edges. Roll up bottom of wrap over filling; fold in sides and roll up burrito-style.

STEP 3

Heat remaining butter in separate small skillet set over medium heat; cook roll-ups, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy. Serve with whipped cream, if desired, and enjoy!
