Peggy was convinced there had to be a more delicious way to eat clean. She began replacing flour with eggs, turning carb-heavy foods like wraps into low-carb, low-calorie, zero-sugar, gluten-free delicacies!
Peggy’s egglife products make it possible for you to eat clean and love your food.
“When I was having health issues and my doctors said I needed to cut out carbs and sugar, it was easier said than done! But I’d worked in the egg industry in Indiana since I was 15, so I know pretty much all there is to know about eggs, including that they are high in protein and low in carbs – exactly what the doctors said I needed. So I started experimenting.
After lots of trial and error, I came up with some pretty great recipes. I tried them out on my family – they loved them. I tried them out on my sons’ football team – they were a big hit! The kids even started coming to my house to eat my recipes! It occurred to me that I could help people with these recipes. These recipes could make a difference for people, like me, who needed or wanted to cut carbs and sugar.
I’m now fueling my healthy lifestyle, and I’d like to share these foods with you!”
