The Perfect Wrap for Simple, Delicious, Nutrition!

1 package of original egglife® wraps

1 cup pumpkin purée

¼ cup coconut cream

optional: 2 tbsp maple syrup – for sweetness

sprinkle of pumpkin pie seasoning on top


Step 1

Mix ingredients well in a medium bowl. Use a whisk if needed.

Step 2

Allow mixture to chill in fridge for 5-10 minutes to firm up.

Step 3

Spread thin layer over a wrap & smooth out with the back of a spoon or a spatula.

Step 4

Roll it up & cut (using a very sharp knife w/little downward pressure) into 1/2-1” long pieces. Repeat until the entire mixture has been used! Sprinkle with pumpkin pie seasoning if desired.

Best served chilled. Be sure to share!

    These wraps changed my life I’m low carb and gluten free due to ciliacs food wasn’t about flavor or fun anymore love these recipes I use the Italian ones for pizza crust and the southwest for tacos,enchiladas ect..

    I just tried the southwestern They are great. I live in northern Minnesota and came across a pkg of these as a close out in our tiny local grocery. Now they don’t carry them????. I cannot find anywhere to even order them!
    So sad here!!
