Mixed Berry Fruit Pizza

1 sweet cinnamon egglife® egg white wrap

2 tbsp cream cheese, softened 

1 tsp granulated sugar

½ tsp vanilla extract 

¼ cup mixed berries 

1 tsp hazelnut spread, melted

fresh mint leaves

Directions

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 425°F. On parchment paper–lined baking sheet, cook sweet cinnamon egglife for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are crispy but center is still slightly soft. Let cool.

STEP 2

Meanwhile, in small bowl, whisk together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Spread over toasted wrap.

STEP 3

Top with berries; drizzle evenly with melted hazelnut spread. Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy!

TIPS:

  • Substitute a dairy-free alternative for cream cheese if desired. 
  • As a variation, swap melted dairy-free chocolate chips for hazelnut spread; sprinkle wrap with toasted chopped hazelnuts.
