Ingredients

2 italian egglife® wraps
2 tbsp pesto
½ cup sauteed spinach
2 eggs, scrambled
2 tbsp sun dried tomatoes
¼ cup caramelized onions
¼ cup feta cheese
¼ cup cooked artichoke hearts
Directions
STEP 1
Heat italian style egglife wraps on a nonstick skillet on medium-high heat, approx. 30 seconds on each side. Remove from skillet once warmed.
STEP 2
Spread 1 tbsp of pesto on each wrap, then layer with sauteed spinach, scrambled eggs, sun dried tomatoes, caramelized onions, and artichoke hearts. Sprinkle with feta cheese.

Yum! So happy to find this product! We live in Texas and have been looking for a tortilla substitute. It would be nice if the bag was resealable.
