mediterranean breakfast wrap

Ingredients

[.feature]2[.feature] italian egglife® wraps

[.feature]2[.feature] tbsp pesto

[.feature]½[.feature] cup sauteed spinach

[.feature]2[.feature] eggs, scrambled

[.feature]2[.feature] tbsp sun dried tomatoes

[.feature]¼[.feature] cup caramelized onions

[.feature]¼[.feature] cup feta cheese

[.feature]¼[.feature] cup cooked artichoke hearts

Steps

STEP 1

Heat italian style egglife wraps on a nonstick skillet on medium-high heat, approx. 30 seconds on each side. Remove from skillet once warmed.

STEP 2

Spread 1 tbsp of pesto on each wrap, then layer with sauteed spinach, scrambled eggs, sun dried tomatoes, caramelized onions, and artichoke hearts. Sprinkle with feta cheese.

STEP 3

Wrap and enjoy!
