4 southwest egglife® wraps
4 oz leftover cooked brisket, shredded
¼ cup of your favorite barbeque sauce
1 cup arugula
½ cup shredded carrot
4 radishes, sliced
Gently re-warm the brisket, mixed with barbeque sauce.
Line an egglife wrap with arugula. Top with the barbeque brisket, shredded carrot and radish.
Wrap and enjoy!
