mediterranean veggie wrap

Ingredients

[.feature]4[.feature] italian egglife® wraps

[.feature]8[.feature] oz hummus

[.feature]3 ½[.feature] oz olive tapenade or chopped olives

[.feature]¼[.feature] cup red onion, thinly sliced

[.feature]8[.feature] grape tomatoes, halved

[.feature]4[.feature] baby artichoke hearts, quartered

[.feature]2[.feature] mini cucumbers, thinly sliced

Steps

STEP 1

Lay the four italian egglife wraps flat on a cutting board or tray.

STEP 2

Spread 2 oz of hummus evenly over each wrap.

STEP 3

Sprinkle the chopped olives on top.

Layer the rest of the veggies.

Roll up the wraps and secure with two toothpicks.

Enjoy!
