- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 sweet apples – like gala or fuji – peeled and chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup apple cider, apple juice or water
- 2 tbsp maple syrup

Makes4 Dessert Wraps
Melt butter in a sauté pan over medium heat.
When butter is melted, add apples and cook until they have softened a bit, about 3-4 minutes.
Add cinnamon and cider/juice or water and continue to cook apples until liquid is absorbed.
Add maple syrup.
To serve, use an egglife® Original wrap. Line wrap with a 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt, top with apples and fold.
Top with additional apples and caramel sauce if desired.
