egglife wraps are made with cage-free eggs, not flour.
1 package italian egglife® wraps
2 tbsp avocado oil
½ bell pepper, cut into strips
5 asparagus stalks, cut into 2” pieces
10 grape tomatoes, halved
sea salt
ground pepper
4 tbsp pesto sauce
optional: red pepper flakes
Cut italian egglife wraps into strips about the width of fettuccine noodles. Set aside.
Heat the oil in a saute pan over medium heat.
Add the bell pepper and asparagus and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
Season with sea salt and pepper.
Add egglife pasta and pesto and cook on low temp for another 2 minutes.
Mix all in bowl, sprinkle red pepper and enjoy!
