1 package italian egglife® wraps

2 tbsp avocado oil

½ bell pepper, cut into strips

5 asparagus stalks, cut into 2” pieces

10 grape tomatoes, halved

sea salt

ground pepper

4 tbsp pesto sauce

Optional: red pepper flakes

Directions

Step 1

Cut italian egglife® wraps into strips about the width of fettuccine noodles. Set aside.

Step 2

Heat the oil in a saute pan over medium heat.

Step 3

Add the bell pepper and asparagus and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Step 4

Add tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.

Step 5

Season with sea salt and pepper.

Step 6

Add egglife® pasta and pesto and cook on low temp for another 2 minutes.

Step 7

Mix all in bowl, sprinkle red pepper and enjoy!
