4 original egglife® wraps
4 collard leaves, de-stemmed
1 cup shredded cucumber
1 cup shredded carrot
½ red or yellow pepper, sliced (about 1 cup)
½ sliced avocado
any kind of sprouts
Almond Butter Dipping Sauce
¼ cup almond butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp coconut aminos (or Tamari soy sauce, depending on the diet you are following)
1 tsp maple syrup
¼ tsp grated fresh ginger
2-3 tbsp warm water

Just tried egg wraps for the first time. I am in love. This recipe was fantastic. I tweaked it a little adding green onion, 1/2 green apple, and 1/2 cup chopped grapes. Added coconut aminos and lemon juice to the chicken filling as well.
