Directions
STEP 1
In a small bowl, mix together the walnuts, prunes, cinnamon, and sugar. Set aside.
STEP 2
Gently warm each egglife wrap, one at a time.
STEP 3
Place 1 tbsp of the apricot jam on the top left quadrant of each wrap and top with a tablespoon of the walnut/prune mixture.
STEP 4
Fold the bottom half of the wrap-up and then fold the right side over the left.
STEP 5
Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar and serve.
