Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Grease a mini-muffin pan and set aside.
Step 3
Mix the nuts, cranberries, orange zest, and sugar in a bowl. Set aside.
Step 4
Take both wraps and lay flat on a cutting board.
Step 5
Spread the butter on the two wraps, covering the surface.
Step 6
Evenly divide the nut mixture between the two wraps.
Step 7
Roll the wraps into a tube shape, using some cooking spray on the ends to help secure when baking.
Step 8
Using a serrated knife, carefully cut the rolls into 2” pieces.
Step 9
Carefully place each piece into a mini-muffin well (if some of the filling falls out, just place back in.)
Step 10
Lightly coat the tops of the cookies with cooking spray.
Step 11
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until lightly golden brown and crispy.
Step 12
Let cool completely.
Step 13
Once cooled, place on serving plate and drizzle with honey. Enjoy!
