chips and mango salsa

Ingredients

chips

[.feature]1[.feature] package of egglife® wraps – any flavor

[.feature]2[.feature] tsp avocado oil

[.feature]1[.feature] tbsp sea salt

mango salsa

[.feature]1[.feature] ripe mango, diced

[.feature]¼[.feature] red onion, diced

[.feature]¼[.feature] jalapeno, diced

cilantro, finely chopped

lime

Steps

To make chips:

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut egglife wraps into 4 triangles. Mix together avocado oil and sea salt.  Coat both sides of the wraps with the spice mixture.

STEP 2

Place cut wraps directly on the oven racks and bake for 8 minutes, flipping once halfway through.

STEP 3

Remove from oven, let cool.  Store in an airtight container on the counter for up to a week.

To make salsa:

Mix all chopped ingredients and squeeze lime to taste over the mixture.  Add salt and pepper to your liking.
