Ingredients

[.feature]1[.feature] egglife® wrap – any flavor

spray olive oil (or regular oil)

salt

pepper

garlic powder

[.feature]2[.feature] tbsp pesto

[.feature]½[.feature] cup sautéed kale, chopped

[.feature]2[.feature] tbsp sun dried tomatoes, diced

[.feature]¼[.feature] cup shredded mozzarella

[.feature]1[.feature] egg

Steps

STEP 1

Spray each side of the wrap with oil and season both sides with salt, pepper & garlic powder.

STEP 2

Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. Flip halfway through.

STEP 3

Leave the oven on. Spread the pesto across the wrap.

STEP 4

Top with kale, sundried tomatoes and mozzarella.

STEP 5

Crack an egg into the center.

STEP 6

Bake until the egg is cooked to your liking. For just until the white sets and the yoke is still loose, about 15 – 20 minutes.

STEP 7

Serve hot. Enjoy!
